All orders are typically processed within 3 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If it has been less then 24 hours and you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information has stated that your package was delivered to your address, and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided in your confirmation email.
